Refund policy

Please note that I do not provide any refunds or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact me at Ivanka.kassab@icloud.com to report any items that may arrive damaged.   You will have 7 days to report any issue from the date you receive the item.  Please note, that Ivankasbeadedbliss is not responsible for any unauthorized orders or any orders placed in error.  Customer is responsible to verify shipping address is correct and can receive packages. 

Steps to take for possible exchange/replacement

The following must be provided in order to qualify for an exchange/replacement.

  1. you must send a photo or video proof to Ivanka.kassab@icloud.com This must be completed in order to provide the exchange/replacement. 
  2. Please allow 7-10 days to process the request
  3. Please note, that some item(s) in my store are one of a kind.  Therefore, a replacement may consist of a similar look and not the exact item.
